Sophie Davidson

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Growing up in Tasmania with a father who was a pioneering bushwalker meant I could identify the native trees of this gorgeous island before I knew my times tables. He so wanted me to share his love of nature that he even carried my heavy pack up all the big hills – it worked!

Now I have the best job in the world – connecting people who want to make a difference with solutions to some of the planet’s most challenging problems. I’m inspired every day by the passion of our partners and donors. It’s a great privilege to represent each of them within WWF and ensure their support makes the best possible impact.

I have been privileged to scale positive impact nationally and internationally for 25 years. I have spent my career overseeing, directing and delivering sustainable growth to benefit nature, communities and education. I am also an experienced Non-Executive Director and champion ESG as essential to strategy, culture and sustainable growth.

In my down time you’ll find me recharging in nature - walking in the Tasmanian wilderness or sailing the Great Barrier Reef.

Now I have the best job in the world – working for WWF and connecting people who want to make a difference...
