Kim Dixon

People and Culture Director

I clearly remember reading about WWF when I was a little girl, and now I’m fortunate enough to work here as People and Culture Director.

I’m responsible for ensuring that WWF is a desirable place to work and that we attract, retain and develop talented people who have the commitment and capability to make the world a better place.

I love working for an organisation that’s doing so much; from helping to save outstanding species and habitats, to working with businesses on sustainable solutions, to linking science and policy, and ensuring positive and enduring protections are in place for the places and creatures we love.

I’m humbled by the loyalty and support of our donors, whose passion for the cause is matched only by our outstanding staff, who do their utmost every day to foster a healthy and sustainable world.
